Aims/Objectives
|
LifeStyles provide housing support to people aged between 16 and 25 years old who live independently or are preparing to move into independent accomodation. Support is assessed on an individual basis and a support plan is written and agreed with the service user. This plan is subject to frequent reviews where the service user prioritises their goals. The service is free.
