Aims/Objectives	Pathways aims to support people who are recovering from drug or alcohol misuse to enter or re-enter the employment market.
Further Information	Supporting the individual needs, this may be in confidence building/self esteem/soft, core skills/training or simply to find the next safe step. Pathways moves at a pace suited to the individual and offers a wide range of support and motivation to participate in taster sessions, job search, work placement, volunteer work, mentor support and so acheiving self and social development.
