STEPS to Excellence course was great, I have done a bit of personal development before but this was different, it helped me to see that I am in charge of the way I think and I am also the only one who can change the way I think. I want to know about women @ work meetings, I know their are some in FW, do you need to be in work to go?
Go to WEA website, local sessions are usually once every two months at the West End Hotel Fort William from 12-2pm just £3.00 for lunch the session is free, you don't have to be in work but you do have to be female! You need to book so that they can provide catering. you can also ask them to put you on their mailing list.
